We are unable to offer returns and exchanges unless the mistake was made by us. If there was a problem with your order and you believe the mistake was on our end, kindly send back with the delivery attendant and please give us a call or email us at cs@micromanna.com.

You must contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the product for us to review your claim. If you do not contact us within the time frame we would not be able to process any returns or refunds. All products must be returned to the address provided to you via email. Refunds would be processed electronically by crediting your bank account or giving you store credit.

You should expect to receive your bank/store credit within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
